At silvrbabes.com, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Below is an overview of our shipping policies.
I just placed an order, when will it ship? Printed and shipped from North America, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may take a few extra days. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, and we do not offer refunds for slow shipping times. There are circumstances that are out of our control (holidays, natural disasters, weather, pandemics, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. Once the item leaves the warehouse, it's in the hands of the shipper and we have zero control over that. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs in certain situations (lost packages, incorrect addresses, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages silvrbabes.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Accuracy Make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Issues If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or local carrier. If you are still unable to locate it, you'll have to reach out to the carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately we can't replace or refund packages once they're marked as delivered.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: silvrbabes.com is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, duty, border fees, taxes or additional shipping costs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Will I receive a tracking number? We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions Currently, we ship only to Canada & the US.
Shipping Fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Changes to Shipping Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
