Return & Refund Policy
The Short Version
We’re all about sass, silver, and zero apologies—but when it comes to returns, we’ve got to set some boundaries. Here’s the deal:
Returns & Exchanges
Every shirt is made-to-order just for you. Translation: no sad box of pre-printed tees waiting in a warehouse somewhere. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you:
- Picked the wrong size
- Changed your mind
- Decided your cat doesn’t like the design
So PLEASE, check our size chart, measure twice, order once.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your tee shows up looking like it had a bad day (damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong), that’s on us.
- Snap a pic (of the item and the packaging - your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging)
- Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number
- We’ll send you a shiny new replacement, zero fuss, zero apologies needed.
Where Returns Go
To start a return, you can contact us at support@silvrbabes.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If we approve a return, we'll send you a return shipping label and it comes back to us.
Heads up - unless the mistake is on us, you’ll cover return shipping and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Things We Don’t Take Back
- Worn, washed, or altered tees (ew).
- Items sent back without an approval email.
- Sale items or gift cards (nice try).
Sizing Reminder
Sizing issues aren’t covered for free exchanges, so check that chart before you click “buy.” It’s not sexy, but it saves tears later.
